Client need

The client had developed an algorithm-based MedTech device for a neurological disease. The market was diverse and had no relevant comparator, meaning the client needed clarity on market conditions and a plan that covered all aspects of their launch strategy in the EU4 and UK.

Our response

We identified and assessed potential analogues and their reimbursement models, developing an EU forecast, LOC model, and comprehensive strategic launch plan. Additionally, we identified and interviewed payers and KOLs to test pricing options and reimbursement models. The client was presented with a range of strategic options for market entry, and we helped implement the initial phases so they could reach their turnover target.
